Frequently Asked Questions

Are there any dogs you can't look after?

Unfortunately, I can't look your dog if it is:

  • Aggressive / Bites

  • A breed that molts a lot - Sorry, too much cleaning

  • A dog that barks at night or does not sleep well (overnight stays)

  • Not well house trained (chews furniture, scratches)

  • Not child friendly

  • Not trained to recall

  • Unwell or has fleas

My pet needs to go to the vet. Can you take them?

I don't take dogs to their regular vet appointments. However, if a dog falls ill whilst I'm dog sitting and you can't be contacted I will take them to the vet. You will be responsible for any vet bills. If you can't be contacted I will always err on the side of caution and go to the vet.

Please read my terms and conditions.

How many dogs do you look after at once?

Just yours!

When I'm dog sitting I only look after one dog at a time.

What do you supply?

I have the everyday dog essentials so you don't need to bring bowls, a lead, a seatbelt, shampoo, towels or dog bags.

What do I need to bring with me?

This depends on the length of stay, but they always like some familiar toys or blankets. And it's always good to have their favorite treats.
If they need food, you should bring all their meals.
And if it's an overnight stay they will need their basket or cage.
